For independent owners — 1 to 3 stores

Three AI assistants. One independent pharmacy.

You went independent so you could practice the way you trained — to the full clinical scope your provincial college actually licensed you to do. MedMe gives you AI Scribe, AI Concierge, and AI Admin Clerk — three working assistants who let you bill minor ailments, run injections, and stop being a data-entry clerk for your dispensing system. 14 days from signature to live.

Who it's for

For the indie owner-pharmacist who is the bottleneck.

If you're the only pharmacist in your store, or there's two of you and a part-time floater, the assistant model isn't an upgrade — it's the only way to scale clinical work without burning out.

1

Owner-pharmacist, 1 to 3 stores

You bought the pharmacy. You're behind the counter most days. You're also the one who has to renegotiate the Kroll service contract — and you're tired of it.

2

Already doing minor ailments + injections

Your province expanded scope two, three, four years ago. You're doing the work. You're just doing it on a paper form, retyping into Kroll, and fighting your dispensing system every step.

3

Tired of "we'll integrate with Kroll soon"

Three years of vendor demos and PowerPoint slides about Kroll integration. We have it shipping today, in production, in real Canadian pharmacies. The Admin Clerk is the bridge.

All three AI assistants — included

Not "Scribe + add-ons". Not "premium tier". All three. From day one.

Other vendors ship one assistant and call it a platform. MedMe ships three because clinical work has three modes: documenting, fielding patient calls, and feeding the dispensing system.

SC

AI Scribe

The pharmacist talks to the patient. MedMe writes the consultation note in the format your college's PIP-prescribed audit expects. SOAP, problem list, follow-up — all there, no typing.

CG

AI Concierge

Your front-counter and phone first responder. Books appointments, answers refill questions, triages the "is this an injection appointment or a minor ailment appointment?" question. Trained on your province's scope of practice — not US billing rules.

AC

AI Admin Clerk

The Kroll bridge. After the encounter, Admin Clerk pushes the prescription, allergy update, and consultation result back into Kroll, Nexxsys, or Fillware so your tech doesn't have to retype it. This is the wedge.

14-day go-live

From contract to first AI-assisted encounter in two weeks.

Canadian indie owners don't have time for a six-month implementation. We've built the playbook around one assumption: you'll be the one running the implementation, and you have a pharmacy to run at the same time.

  • Day 1–2: kickoff, dispensing-system bridge configured
  • Day 3–5: Concierge trained on your services + intake flows
  • Day 6–8: Scribe trained on your accent + your protocol templates
  • Day 9–11: Admin Clerk live in shadow mode (audits but doesn't write)
  • Day 12–13: pharmacist training (3 × 30-minute live sessions)
  • Day 14: full production with all three assistants live

The bridge other vendors say they'll build. We ship it.

For a decade, every vendor said "we'll integrate with Kroll." None of them did, because Kroll doesn't have a public API and Telus has no commercial reason to build one. So we built the bridge another way: AI Admin Clerk reads and writes Kroll using a supervised RPA worker, with full audit trail and roll-back. Same approach for Nexxsys and Fillware.

  • Reads patient demographics, allergies, condition list, medication list
  • Writes consultation notes, allergy updates, refill requests
  • Pushes minor-ailment prescriptions back into Kroll for fill
  • Logs every read and write — full audit trail your college will accept
  • Never overrides a tech without sign-off — Admin Clerk asks first
  • Falls back to manual mode if Kroll is down — no data loss

A story from an indie owner

"I got my Saturdays back."

"I run two stores in BC. Before MedMe, every Saturday after closing I would sit in the back office and reconcile minor-ailment paperwork into Kroll for three hours. The AI Admin Clerk does it as I document — same day, no Saturday session, no errors my tech catches on Monday morning. I have my Saturdays back. That alone was worth the $299."

FAQ

Indie-owner questions, answered.

How does Admin Clerk actually integrate with Kroll if Kroll has no API?

Admin Clerk runs as a supervised RPA worker on a small box in your store (we ship it). It reads and writes Kroll the same way one of your techs would — through the UI — but it does it deterministically, audited, and with sign-off. Telus does not consider this a violation of the Kroll terms of service (we have written confirmation), and the audit log is suitable for your provincial college's PIP review. Same approach for Nexxsys and Fillware. The latency is around 30-90 seconds per write. We do not require any code change to Kroll.

What about Cosmofar, Assyst Rx, McKesson PharmaClik?

Cosmofar bridge launches Q3 2026. Assyst Rx and PharmaClik are on the roadmap for late 2026 / early 2027. If you're on one of these, talk to us — we may already have a partner pharmacy you can chat with about their bridge timeline. We will not sell you a contract that depends on an integration we don't have shipping yet.

Are the AI assistants compliant with PIPEDA + provincial privacy law?

Yes. All PHI stays in Canada — we run in AWS Canada Central (Montréal). No PHI ever leaves Canadian borders. We have a signed BAA-equivalent (Privacy Impact Assessment + Data Processing Agreement) with every customer. We do not use customer data to train any AI model. Our LLM providers run in Canadian-residency-eligible enclaves with zero retention. Provincial colleges in ON, BC, AB, MB, SK have all reviewed the architecture; we can share documentation under MNDA.

How long is training?

Training is included. We run three live 30-minute sessions over the implementation window — one for the pharmacist (clinical workflow), one for the tech (Concierge + Admin Clerk), and one for whoever owns the schedule (Scheduler + reporting). MedMe Academy is unlimited and on-demand after that. We don't charge for training, ever.

Do I have to give up Kroll?

No. MedMe Independent for CA is built around the assumption that you keep your dispensing system. We don't dispense, we don't want to dispense, and we don't compete with your dispensing software. The Admin Clerk bridge is what lets MedMe sit alongside Kroll without forcing you to migrate.

Can I cancel month-to-month?

After a 60-day initial implementation period (during which you don't pay until you're live), MedMe Independent CA is month-to-month. Annual prepay gets you 8% off and is optional. Your data is yours — on cancellation we provide a complete CSV + FHIR R4 export within 14 days, no charge.

Practice to your full scope. Stop being a data-entry clerk.

30-minute demo, no slides, no salesperson. We log into a sandbox with you, run a real minor-ailment consultation through Scribe, and show you the result push back into Kroll.
