Pharmacy-tuned AI Scribe for Canadian consults.
Tap once. Have the conversation. Get a provincial-format consult note 9 seconds after you finish — and have it auto-write back into Kroll, Nexxsys, Fillware, or PharmaClik HQ. Trained on 4.2M anonymized pharmacist–patient transcripts, not generic medical dictation.
Four taps. One note. Province-correct on day one.
Tap to start
Open MedMe on your tablet, phone, or workstation. Tap the patient. Tap the service. Tap record. Capture starts.
Have the consult
Talk to your patient like you always would. Scribe captures both speakers, handles French/Punjabi/Mandarin/Arabic switching, and ignores side conversation.
Note drafts in 9 sec
Province-format note appears with subjective, objective, assessment, plan, and the right billing fields pre-filled.
RPh approves & sync
You scan, edit, sign. Admin Clerk writes it back to your Rx system. The provincial billing portal gets the right code, automatically.
Notes that pass college audit and provincial billing review.
Generic medical AI scribes were trained on physician encounters, EHRs, and SOAP notes that bear no resemblance to a pharmacy consult. Ours was trained on real pharmacy minor-ailment, hormonal-contraception, OAT, and vaccine encounters — reviewed and labelled by Canadian pharmacists.

96.4% first-draft accuracy. Pharmacist-edited audit trail on every note.

Audio is processed in Canadian regions. Nothing trains general-purpose models.
Voice capture happens on the device. The transcript goes to MedMe’s Canadian-region cloud (AWS Canada Central or Azure Canada Central, your choice) for note generation, then is purged after 30 days unless your retention policy says otherwise. We do not use customer audio or transcripts to train any general-purpose foundation model. Ever.
- PIPEDA, PHIPA (ON), FIPPA (BC), PHIA (NS, MB) compliant
- Data residency: Canadian regions only — no US fallback
- SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 certified
- End-to-end encryption (TLS 1.3 transit, AES-256 rest)
- Patient-consent capture built into the pre-record flow
- 30-day default retention; configurable per-pharmacy
“We tried two generic AI scribes before MedMe. Both produced beautiful prose that didn’t match BC PharmaCare format and didn’t bill correctly — we got bounced on three claims. MedMe’s Scribe was bill-correct on the first audit. We’ve documented 4,400 minor-ailment consults in five months.”
